Want to help create a pokemon game? - create a umbreon

Hey, in miffi.

I have a lot on what kind of game you want to create, and I made many maps and figures, but today (after months of planning) I really started to create this game

Spread It's called Tales of the Apocalypse and the history of United and his team to "evil." You're hired one of the two agents to defeat for the region and the evil, and to travel again to the light. The starting gun is pokemon Espeon, Umbreon, and Tyrogue (but, if there's a good sprite editor foward, new pokemon). The game is much longer than the official Pokemon games (I guess 50 hours finish the story). The gyms will be more interesting then just a memorial plaque. The gyms will be harder and take much longer to achieve, BefoIt is the first gym (the night) is nearly 5 cities and their Pokémon should be around 20 LV.

I write because I need the scale of this project, which help to know. Programmers must also, Sprite / Ziegler, designer cards and much more. I would appreciate it if you could (if your interest in helping me) to say what are their roles and what are their ideas. Any assistance will be paid in the game.

UPDATE! - In times of the game Empire as a grunt or a management team you need disguises to infiltrate their headquarters.

Will also be some characters in the series reapearance one of them (I am not going to say) is gold (theDo players metal) and Wally.

Second update today in order ... its really not update more than one question ...
I have asked many different programs to choose from, but in what can best use.
Can you advise on the programs you need to make a good game?
