We want the general behavior of the guys shirts and cocktail dresses. One idea I've heard of "Casino Royale Bond 007, and following the example of what we want, but not quite up to James Bond. Any help?

Personally, I say Pimp N 'Ho Party ... but since you are looking for something a lil more elegant, why not go with a theme of Cinderella or something ... perhaps somehow incorporate the sleek look of a dress / dance room at midnight and then all changes to a party atmosphere ... "for" something a little pumpkin. Just a thought ...
only been invited to dress their characters in this Atti and Mabey Champaign toast at midnight, sounds good to me.
Is not it sad that today must bear a "theme" for only part of the promotion of people? I like the idea of movie stars Premere, or simply call a color like someone said. I have somewhere that Diddy (my God was) a party where everyone was at the point where all the whites to come! Even if you say black tie is hardly anyone in a tuxedo to appear anyway, but the signal to all those who should look their best.
You can have a black and white theme, or you can have an old Hollywood stars in the night (around 1930) on.
